Scope

Use of the CallSky mobile apps, the web app, or the underlying international calling service is governed by separate terms presented at signup inside those apps. If you have an account with the service, those terms apply to your account and your calls. These terms do not.

Permitted use

You may view this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or systematically copy site content without our prior written permission.
• Use automated tools to access the site at a scale or frequency that interferes with normal service.
• Probe, scan, or test the site or its infrastructure for vulnerabilities outside of any responsible-disclosure program we may publish.
• Use the site to distribute malware, conduct fraud, or impersonate any person.
• Use the site in a way that breaches any applicable law in your jurisdiction or ours.

Intellectual property

The CallSky name, the CallSky logo, and the Venus Cloud name are trademarks of Venus Cloud Ltd. The text, layout, design, and code of callsky.app are © Venus Cloud Ltd., except where third-party assets (such as the Apple App Store and Google Play badges, or the Phosphor icon set) are used under their respective licences and clearly attributable.

Nothing on this site grants you any licence to use our trademarks or design system beyond viewing the site as published.

Third-party links

This site links to external services, including Apple's App Store, Google Play, venuscloud.com, and tegant.com. Those services are operated by separate parties (or, in the case of Venus Cloud and Tegant, by Venus Cloud Ltd. under their own terms). When you follow a link off this site, you are subject to the terms and privacy practices of the destination. We do not control or endorse third-party content.

No warranty

This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the information shown is current, complete, or free of errors. Pricing, country coverage, and feature details are provided for illustration; the authoritative information is what's shown inside the CallSky apps.
